PlugX provides a comprehensive range of EMI/RFI shielding and absorption solutions designed to mitigate electromagnetic and radio frequency interference in electronic systems.

RF & Microwave Absorbing Materials

We supply a wide range of RF absorbing materials covering frequencies from 10 MHz to 100 GHz, including carbon-loaded and silicone-based foams for near-field and far-field EMI/RFI suppression.

Our portfolio includes pyramidal and convoluted foams, ferrite tiles, tuned and broadband absorbers, flexible dielectric sheets, and rigid magnetic absorbers, as well as treated honeycomb waveguide absorbers for aerospace and anechoic chamber applications.

These solutions are used for EMC testing, antenna isolation, cavity resonance suppression, RFID systems, and defense/aerospace platforms.

Custom machining, cutting, and engineering support are available on request.

• Conductive Foam – Flexible shielding material for board-level or housing applications. Provides good compressibility and consistent shielding effectiveness.
• SMT Gaskets – Surface-mount EMI shielding gaskets compatible with pick-and-place processes. Supplied on reels for high-volume automated PCB assembly.
• Conductive O-Rings – Combine EMI shielding and environmental sealing. Made from elastomer compounds embedded with silver, nickel, or carbon particles.
• Shielding Sheets and Tapes – Flexible copper or aluminum foil with conductive adhesives. Used for wrapping cables, shielding housings, and retrofitting assemblies.
• Wire Mesh Gaskets – Knitted metal mesh gaskets for applications requiring high shielding performance, including waveguide covers and bulkhead seals.

Conductive Gaskets

EMI shielding gaskets manufactured from conductive elastomers or metal-filled silicones. Available in standard and custom profiles, suitable for housings, seals, doors, and enclosures.
